Solution: The Operating System is a collection of individual services. Therefore, at the time of computer
system shutdown, all the services need to be stopped completely. Any issues with these services may prolong the shutdown process or case of process to completely fail. Quite often, "Nvidia Driver Helper" Services, used with Nvidia video cards, can cause shutdown problems. If you have an Nvidia video card installed on your computer, make sure you have the latest drivers installed for it. Similarly, disabling the Terminal Services, might solve the problem. However, as terminal services are used for remote assistance, remote desktops and fast user switching, you should stop this only if you do not use the above mentioned features.
To access these services, type "services.msc" in the run dialog box. However in order to stop any service, you might have sufficient user rights. Also ensure that your computer system does not erase virtual memory at the time of shutting down, as this prolongs the shutdown time. To check this, type "gpedit.msc" in the run dialog box. Click Computer Configuration>Windows Setting>Security setting>Local policies>Security Options. Locate "Shutdown: Clear Virtual Memory Pagefile" from the list and ensure that it is disable.
so by this you can solve your problem about computer usage.
